He listened to what we wanted and then came up with fantastic suggestions. All of the ingredients were fresh and local. The seafood was local and purchased fresh off the boat the morning of the dinner. The presentation was beautiful and each course delicious from the hors d'oeuvres, salad, main course of beef and fish with sides, two exceptional desserts, and ending with artisan cheeses and fruit . Prior to the dinner, Chef Scott was in constant contact with us as we finalized the menu. His enthusiasm is delightful. He clearly loves cooking and making sure that everyone enjoys what he expertly prepares. He presented our guests with a bountiful feast for the eyes and palate. We hope to work with Chef Scott again.
